In short everything but viewings, which you can add for £200 including VAT. That means you get a free valuation, professional photography, floor plan, Epc, for sale board, 12 months listing on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location and no exclusivity.

Like a traditional agent we’ll visit your house. We’ll present historic sold house price figures using the land registry and other published data, we’ll look at what other properties are on the market in and around your property and with you we’ll use our initiative to set the right price. Remember it’s your home and ultimately it’s up to you to decide at what price you’re happy to market your home.

In short we do. We instruct our photographer and assessor to visit your home, take thorough measurements, produce a floor plan and EPC then take quality photos of your home.

As we’re flexible we think it’s up to you to decide. Arguably you’re probably the best person to show potential buyers around but this isn’t for everyone. People are busy and some just don’t want to do it. If you don’t want to do the viewings we will take care of them for a small fee of £200 inc VAT, this additional fee can be added at anytime.

When you instruct distriktonline we like to be thorough. We will go through all those things you and distrikt think potential buyers may need to know. For example if you’ve had significant works done: is there a building notice? Have your windows or roof got a guarantee? What are the schools like? What’s happening in the community?

We want either you or our agent, whoever does the viewings, to be able to answer any tricky questions potential buyers may have. You will find your own unique selling point guide on your secure login. You can have this available to you on a tablet or just print it off.

No, we don’t ask for any ‘sole agency’ tie in or minimum contract period. We may however run very competitive promotions from time to time where we do ask for some commitment.

If there’s a contract in place with another agent, and depending on the terms, this agreement would more than likely have to have expired. If you’re not in a sole agency contract then you could more than likely instruct us too but be aware you could end up paying two fees if they sell your home.

We’re a proactive, customer focussed company and we don’t believe in just listing your property and sitting back and doing nothing. We aim to call our customers at least once a week and carry out monthly reviews.

We will advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, our own site and at times through social media and other one off promotions. We will do this for up to 12 months. If you still to market your property after 12 months you will have to pay another fee.

We provide secure online payment. Any payment we take is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. When you make a payment to distriktonline the card data you enter is never sent to our server but to our payment processing company who take payment through a fully hosted secure managed environment. When a viewing is arranged and we are not conducting the viewing we will advise the other party of your name. We will however not release your contact number unless you have requested that we do. When we are conducting the viewings on your behalf we will provide the distrikt agent’s details.

We do not share any of your personal information with third parties unless you have explicitly agreed to do so.
